Thank you for shopping with A. Lakeath Designs. We are honored to create faith-filled products designed to encourage and inspire. Because many of our items are made especially for each customer, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
Most of our physical products are made to order after your purchase is placed. As a result:
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental purchases.
- Refunds are not available for made-to-order products that have entered production or have been shipped.
Custom & Personalized Products
Custom and personalized items are created specifically according to the information you provide.
Please review all names, dates, spellings, sizes, and other details before submitting your order.
Because these products are uniquely made for you, all custom orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
Digital Products
Due to the instant delivery of digital products, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital downloads.
Services
This policy also applies to services offered by A. Lakeath Designs, including social media management, consulting, strategy sessions, and singing engagements.
- Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
- Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule a booked service, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are reviewed based on availability.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
