CONSULTATION FEE
A consultation fee is required before any services begin.
The consultation fee:
• Secures your booking
• Covers the initial strategy session
• Is non-refundable
• Is applied toward the total package cost
No work will begin until the consultation fee has been paid.

PAYMENT POLICY
Clients may choose from the available payment options for their selected package.
Payments are due on the agreed-upon schedule.
Services may be paused if a payment becomes overdue.
All balances must be paid in full before the completion of services.

LATE PAYMENT POLICY
Payments not received within 48 hours of the scheduled due date may result in a temporary pause of services.
Any delays in payment may affect content creation, posting schedules, strategy work, and overall delivery timelines.

UPGRADE POLICY
Clients may upgrade their package at any time.
The difference in package cost must be paid during the next scheduled payment period and cannot be added to the end of the payment schedule.
Upgrading does not extend the original service timeline unless agreed in writing.

DOWNGRADE POLICY
Downgrade requests must be made before work for the higher package has been completed.
Downgrades do not result in refunds for work already completed.
Any approved adjustment will apply only to future unpaid services.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials required for service delivery, including but not limited to:
• Business information
• Logos and branding assets
• Photos and videos
• Content approvals when requested
Delays in providing required materials may delay project timelines.

COMMUNICATION POLICY
Business hours and response times will be confirmed during onboarding.
Messages sent outside of business hours will be responded to on the next business day when possible.

Passwords should NOT be sent through text messages or unsecured channels.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Clients retain ownership of all original content they provide.

The service provider is not responsible for:
• Platform outages or technical issues
• Algorithm changes
• Account restrictions, suspensions, or bans
• Loss of reach or engagement due to platform changes

MISSED SESSIONS POLICY
Unused or missed meetings must be used within the package timeframe.
Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the service period unless rescheduled in advance.

All payments are non-refundable due to the time, planning, and services provided.
No refunds will be issued for consultations, completed work, or unused portions of a package.

Services may be declined or terminated if there is:
• Non-payment
• Abusive or inappropriate communication
